BDicty is one of those applications created in the early days of the Palm in order to provide oneself with reference documents such as dictionaries, encyclopedias, etc. Of course, the port to the Pocket PC hasn't posed any great difficulty and we have here an application that perfectly fulfills its purpose: to instantly replace a thick, heavy book. The application is very fast, even with big documents (I intesively consulted a .PDB of 21Mb to check) while being toally installed onto a memory card. The interface is excellent even if the overall look is a bit drab: don't forget that this application has made to be compatible with the monochrome Palm, a notably utilitarian platform. Before you run over to the author's website, note that most of the documents are commercial and only this viewer is freeware. There is an English dictionary for free, but there are better ones for PocketDict for example. Note : do not forget to visit this page on BEIKS' site.
