apMemo is an excellent and quick utility for notetaking if you don't have the time to launch the application where the information will be stored. Most commonly, a phone number or a quick note which can be discarded later. I particularly liked the fact that a reminder can be added to the note, and that the author took the time to develop a Win32 program for it so that apMemo can be seen on the Desktop. I only found one (small) mistake: the notes are stored in a .DAT folder which must be placed in the installation folder. Note : pay attention ! Version 2.1 is not freeware, but version 1.0 is still available on the author's site. [Torgamm] (Translation: marta75034) |
