RGB is a utility which uses the lower part of the screen to display the colour corresponding to the RGB values (Red, Green & Blue) given using some sliders.
The displayed surface allows you to have a good idea of the final result.
Note that it needs .NET Compact Framework to be installed if you have Pocket PC 2002. But because of this, you can run the executable on your desktop PC if you want to take a look at the program.
