Pocket Ruler is a program, at the very least strange and baffling: this little program in Visual Basic (thus requiring the VB libraries) that displays two rulers, one in centimetres and one in inches on your Pocket PC's screen. That's it!
So its only purpose is to allows you to always have on you a means by which to mesure an object with a calibrated scale... But be careful, the ruler is only accurate of a 3.5 inch screen with 320x240 resolution. So if you use this program on a screen with a bigger diagonal (e800, iPAQ 3xxx, ...) the display with not adjust automiatically and your mesurements will be "false"!
So be sure to check the ruler.

This app just turns your PocketPC into an expensive ruler :) It provides a way to adjust everything in case the resolution of your device does not match that of the development test machine.
