Pocket Warrior is a utility quite useful for those who practice war driving (seeking out WiFi networks). It indicates the networks detected as well as all the useful data (SSID, channel, active WEP, connection dates, signal strength, etc.) for PRISM cards or NDIS 5.1 compatibles.
Options aren’t numerous, but they’re enough. The main defect is overall lack of good screen design: when there are too many columns active, you can no longer see a thing, and you have to play around with the horizontal scrollbar. Even so, I prefer PocketWinC, even though we have only a limited version of the latter available in our database.
Note: the program does not seem to be compatible with certain machines running WM2003SE with integrated WiFi. This test was done on an HP2210 equipped with a SanDisk WiFi card.
