FreeOTFE: A free "on-the-fly" transparent disk encryption program for PCs (MS Windows 2000/XP) and PDAs (Windows Mobile 2003/2005).
Using this software, you can create one or more "virtual disks" on your computer - anything written to these disks is automatically, and securely, encrypted before being stored on your computers hard drive.

It's a shame this program doesn't get the attention it should deserve. I am a user of TC myself, but I need the system partition encryption, and linux compatibility. The PDA support tho is a major advantage of this software!
