This is a great game. Comparable to Tiger Woods' PGA tour (not free), this game is very fun. Actual animation is a nice feature, as TW PGA is very static. Getting to the download was a pain since I had to register a Microsoft Live ID with them.
Multiplayer is accomplished through "hot-seat" play, which worked very nicely. This game would be better if multiplay could be across WI-FI/ Bluetooth...but hey, can't have everything :D
Slower level loadings than TW PGA, but nothing too long.
Overall, 9/10 (-1 for slightly confusing controls)

At the OmniGSoft site the price of the game is about $16. However, the Microsoft download site gives it you for free -- as long as you provide MS with all kinds of nonsensical information .... I'm afraid I took the easy way out and used 10 Minute Mail .... The game seems to be simply superb. Graphics are fantastic. No Help, though, as far as I can see ....

Correction: There is Help -- leftmost button on my Axim X30. However, you need to read the Help to figure that out ....

Wow! This is great. I can't believe it's free. Excellent graphics and sound. Plays perfect even on my old Axim X5 (on SD card). The help is there but you don't really need it. This is now my fav game :)

Excellent golf game for free. Works great on the Dell Axim X50 with no lag. Find myself killing time with this game. Overall, 10/10.

Excellent graphics and soothing birdy sounds - this is a great download! (no problem with the memory challenged IPAQ 1950!)
