This is a timer designed for obstetricians that want to follow the frequency and the duration of their patient's contractions during labour. In fact, you can save a trace then export a recording of all periodic phenomenon that you want to study the time enlasped between two occurences as well as the duration of each. Not very pretty, in Visual Basic, so it will be quite large if you don't already need the Runtime for something else, it would be hard to recommend it, unless you want to study the source files for educational purposes.
