ACT² is a little utility that looks like two drops of water in the Windows Character Map. Thanks to this, you can find the ASCII code or even the HTML code to make any character known by the system but not on the virtual keyboard appear on the screen.
Of course, you can paste the character in quiestion into text that you are editing.
A well handy accessory if you produce text in "exotic" foreign languages. You need the Orbworks PocketC Runtime to make it run.

The hyperlink for the Orbworks PocketC Runtime gave an error, however the URL www.orbworks.com/pcce/download.html seemed to work for me.
The application is neat.
