Here is a utility (still in development but already usuable) for your desktop that I found particularly interesting: it will allow you to individually manage the files in the big STG backup folder that you produce with ActiveSync.
Nothing prevents you from restoring a single file (either by Copy-Paste, or by Restore). It is very useful when you have inadvertantly deleted a file and to don't want to return to the last backup for the rest.
With a single EXE file of less than 100kb to copy, no trace in the Registry, try it if you use ActiveSync to backup. Drag & Drop is coming soon if they are too be believed...
