XWorld is a utility that will delight travellers and international businessmen. It displays a map of the Earth giving the positions of the cities in which you find yourself, the local time and day/night status. It also stores the information that you capture.
Readability is excellent, the user interface perfect and you can add the cities that you want to the database, stored in ROM on the Pocket PC 2000.
Note that the program is (still?) not compatible with Pocket PC 2002 (the city database doesn't work). On the other hand, as with Xircuit, it fully exploits Landscape mode.
Update : It seems that Xircuit no longer distributes its freeware apps.
We will leave them in our database for a while, to confirm this.
While waiting, you can find them on the excellent site PocketPCCity that stores it locally.
XWorld can be found here.

Tried the install twice. Looks good but does not run on WN2003SE. Very disapointed.

I tried to install it on WM5 and seem like it doesn't work, plus after i uninstalled it left a folder icon remaining on the programs list, wich i can't get rid off.. I would appreciate any help! very annoyed!

When a program is that old, not compatible with Pocket PC 2002, you should not try it on a Windows Mobile 2003 machine, and even less on a WM5 machine.
