PPCNewz is an offline Usenet newsreader. It allows you to download online messages without a direct internet connection to your Pocket PC. You would use another freeware application for Windows (either the new PCNewz or the older version NewsPC) provided in the package: the software gathers what you want by connecting to your subscribed newsgroups. Then the messages are synchronized to your Pocket PC like any other folders in \My Documents.
You will then be able to relax and read the news, prepare your anwers or new messages while offline. The synchronization which follows will allow you to upload your work through NewsPC.
Very well done, I have no particular comment for this software. One can expect good work from it. Typically, you will be able to manage your messages while traveling between work and home.
