WIMR? is a very handy tool to see the memory used by all the folders. It displays a list of the folders with the amount of memory they use (in RAM, ROM or both), allow you to navigate to a subfolder and has icons to quickly delete a file or uninstall a software.
Update : The correction of some bugs and some new addons in the new version like a menu appearing after doing a Tap&Hold allowing to see the properties of a file, to launch it or even delete it.

File explorers rarely give such a quick overview of what is taking up space. Great memory utility to quickly find what is taking up room on the device. Being text based, it is minimal on the memory footprint. As Lou said above, it allows for quick access to removing programs, launching files, and viewing file information. My only wish is that there was a graphical overview (i.e. SpaceMonger v1.4).
Great utility for those who like to keep their storage clean.
