This tool is not a file to execute but a DLL file.
It allows to display in any Windows XP File Explorer window a preview of your themes (TSK files). Only the main image appears.
To use this DLL file, you must copy it in your /System32 directory and register it (with regsrv32) in a Command Prompt window.
Very useful for those who do not want to install Microsoft's Theme Generator, or for those who have many TSK files and want to manage them easily.

works like a dream. essential if you have loads of themes to manage on the pc. Windows 2000 (or older) operating systems require the "gdiplus.dll" file. if not the registeration of the dll will not work.
