Here is what many have been waiting for: a printing program.
HP rewrote the JetSend program (which noone had been able to find for a long time) and suggests a new solution for PocketPC. You can now print your e-mails, any attachment (which must follow certain formats), or any other file on your PocketPC, using any printer connected to your handheld: infra-red, Bluetooth or a network. The result may not always be perfect - especially those files that use a viewer (Careful: the Westtek solution suggested for these files is not freeware!)
I have tried this on HP printers to which I have access, but the list only suggests a few others: Epson (LQ and Stylus) and Canon (BJC) printers.
Now for the bad news: You must have Pocket PC 2002 on your handheld; I would have preferred seeing a program with a the option "Print..." when I Tap&Hold. And finally, you must purchase a solution for the Word, Excel, PDF and PowerPoint files.
Update: "HP will discontinue HP Mobile Printing for Pocket PC and HP Mobile Printing SDK for Pocket PC, effective October 1, 2005."
