This launcher is, in my humble opinion, one of the best solutions to launch programs on your Pocket PC, that is, directly from your today screen.
This plugin allows you to display shortcuts to anything you like. I could find no restrictions. You just need to copy them into the "\Launcher" directory.
Preceded in functionality by tdLaunch and then cLaunch, it is still the lightweight champion.

Worked great for me under WM2003SE, but on my WM5-upgraded hx4700 it caused bad things to happen -- including many hangs (while suspended) requiring reset, and my battery running down completely overnight. All of these symptoms went away after uninstalling Launcher.
