Pen Irazu is a very simple application that allows you to manipulate your PocketPC without using the stylus or touching the screen. Basically, Pen Irazu displays a pointer like the mouse pointer on your PC, that you move by using the pad. You can execute commands (clicking, simple and double etc) by using the buttons on your machine.
In is of course not the standard usage of a PDA, but in certain circumstances where you may want to operate with a single hand, this utility will be precious.
Note: the author's site is down, but you can still find interesting threads on Brighthand to help you understand the app. In particular, this one. I suggest you take a look because you can find some very well made packs (such as the ones found at Brighthand by the famous "oe1kenobi"). You may read this blog entry by Werner "Menneisyys" Ruotsalainen too.

With a brocken screen I can't run the program because I can't click continue. Is there a way out of this?
|
The instant I used the program it filled my screen with useless characters and colors. Not caring enogh about it to mess with fixing it, I instantly deleted the program and now my today screen has lines in it that I cna't get rid of. I wouldn't fool with this utility as there is apparently no way to get tech support after a screw up like this.

Thanks very much for warning us.

Does not work on my IPAQ 2490 running WM5.

It's not for WM5 or above, WM2003SE and previus versions only, it might eaven have problems with WM2003SE, since it does not support screen rotation.
