Pocket Game Trainer is a program reserved for those who want to know what's going on in their machine's memory.
The principle is to do a search or dump of what's in memory and change this or that value, as the case may be. You'll have figured out that this opens the door to being able to cheat in certain games, provided you know where the information is located.
On the author's site there are tables for SimCity, Microsoft's Solitaire and Task Master.
Of very, very limited general interest even so, especially since the forum the author set up for exchanging information is empty.
