For Geocaching enthusiasts, a utility in the same vien as GPX View. The latter has a sparse interface, designed principally for access to information in the field. GPX Sonar is a complete cache management system. It allows you to export points in Meridian format, loc (EasyGPS, so to the other stand alone units such as Garmin, Lowrance, ...) and Push Pins (the Autoroute series). The interface leaves a bit to be desired (due to the volume of featured information) but its functionality, in terms of management are superior to GPX View. A utility (on the PC) completes it with regard to the statistics so dear to geocachers (but you must register on the author's site and on the federation site to use it). It's optimal use is only obtained with GPX requests reserved for Premium members of geocaching.com (commercial). Data is obtained via Internet on the reference site Geocaching.com or with the PC via the dedicated tools.
A bridge is previewed with GASK (Geocaching Swiss Army Knife, which is still freeware), its alter ego on the PC.
N.B.: EasyGPS is a PC utility. We won't talk about it here, but it is a Must-Have for all stand alone GPS owners and is also freeware.
PPC2002 (tested) version and WM2003
Warning, it seems that new versions of the program are for WM2003 only.
