One of the available freeware registry editors. This is not something for the standard user, because you can change a lot of internal system options on which WindowsCE depends.
The program feels like developed for CE 2.11: some ergonomic details are not convenient, especially the Tap&Hold feature is not supported to access context menus. That is the major downside compared to the similar software by Philippe Majerus. Overall, the screen is not as clearly arranged as it could be.
On the other hand, this one supports the import of .REG files as well as the export.

This is a functional registry editor and I don't find it that hard to use, and, as stated in the review, it does support importing of REG files. However, it does not have a search feature like PHM RegEdit does. As a result, I keep both PHM and Tascal on my PocketPC and wait to see who adds the missing features so the other one can go :)

This application worked fine on my Fujitsu Siemens Pocket Loox 720 running Windows Mobile 2003 SE.
