CHMReader is a CHM file reader program, as its name indicates. Each one of us may have used this at one time or another since a similar format is used by Microsoft to create web navigation files (talking about HTML Help).
This utility can be a big help when stuck, nothing is stored locally and it only uses a few kilobytes which you can place on your storage card. Having said this, I don't foresee a concentrate use because it is slow to open files and to navigate. I only tried it with megabyte-sized files, a common size for CHM, which are quite large. Also, the screenshots usually found in the CHM don't appear, you will only see the red crosses similar to a missing picture on a web page.
If you have numerous CHM files to handle, continue to unstack them to see them.
Update: complete change for version 2.0.x of the program, this is an all new .NET version.

Here is the updated link for the author's web site, which contains ver CHMReader.Net V2.0.14 http://pjt.xanetuk.com/
Excellent, free CHM reader!

Disappointing in every aspect. Slow, slower CHMReader.NET? I hope the author is able to improve performance or I find another free CHM reader for Pocket PC?
I tried this with a CHM file just 30 KB (kilobyte).
